3 practical things you could do to improve yourself when speaking!!

  1. Get yourself in calm: I really believe in mindset as a practise. 15 minutes in the morning, on the tube or at home before you leave is helpful to get calm.

2. Make sure about your voice: Our voice is a really powerful. Others will be interested in what are you talking about. So, take care of it.

3. Think about your posture: A good posture makes us more powerful. It makes us communicate easier and calmier.
